turkish happiness / another "artist" expressing himself on internet

So, I don't see the point fo the happiness, neither the value of this "art", just mad, and it wasn't easy to find this many "artworks" with similar level of cruelty by searching for other words than "turkish" in the web resourse called "deviantart".
